Joe Chambers, aged 21, appeared at Falcarragh District Courtroom charged with making good points by deception or loss below the Theft and Fraud Offences Act.
Sergeant Jim Collins advised the courtroom that on March third, 2021 a Conor O’Neill despatched a sum of €50 as a deposit to Chambers of Blue Cedars, Glenfin Street, Ballybofey.
