A 72 yr previous man has appeared in courtroom charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
Charles Lynagh appeared at Letterkenny District Courtroom.
The courtroom was advised Lynagh of Tirloughan, Carrigart was arrested by Gardai on July twenty seventh final at Croaghross, Portsalon.
His solicitor, Mr Patsy Gallagher, requested for the case to be adjourned till September twentieth subsequent.
Mr Gallagher mentioned his shopper was due in courtroom on that date for a extra “substantive matter.”
