Donegal ETB Golf Society enjoys first outing of the season

The Donegal ETB Golf Society is up and operating for the 2023-24 season with Elaine Russell as Captain and Myles Sweeney as Vice-Captain.

The primary outing passed off in Dunfanaghy GC on Saturday, 16th September with a stiff breeze blowing left to proper on the entrance 9. Diligence was wanted off the tee with all golfers hitting into the breeze and hoping to keep away from the out of bounds down the fitting facet.

Myles Sweeney continued his good type and took the honours on the day with a powerful rating of 41 pts. In 2nd place was Sally Ann Mc Fadden with 38 pts.

3rd place was a really shut affair with three golfers on 37 pts. Elaine Russell simply edging Éanna Ó Mainín (4th) & Margaret Harvey (fifth) on B.O.T. 

Aidan Guthrie leads the way in which within the Magnificent 7 Signature Gap competitors on 4 pts, carefully adopted by eight gamers on 3 pts. 

Particular because of Dunfanaghy GC for his or her hospitality on the day.
