Girl fined for threatening to kick Aldi store assistant’s head in

A girl who instructed a store assistant in Ballybofey that she would ‘kick your head in’ has been fined.

Siobhan Cawley was not current at Letterkenny District Courtroom when her case was heard.

Cawley, a 44-year-old with an handle at Mark Home, Stranorlar, was charged with an incident on July 30, 2020.

She was charged with utilizing or partaking in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour at Aldi, Chestnut Highway, Ballybofey.

Garda Jason Farrell instructed the courtroom that he handed Cawley a letter informing her of the courtroom date. He stated Cawley refused to reveal her present handle and later undertook to be at courtroom.
