A girl who instructed a store assistant in Ballybofey that she would ‘kick your head in’ has been fined.

Siobhan Cawley was not current at Letterkenny District Courtroom when her case was heard.

Cawley, a 44-year-old with an handle at Mark Home, Stranorlar, was charged with an incident on July 30, 2020.

She was charged with utilizing or partaking in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour at Aldi, Chestnut Highway, Ballybofey.
