A Letterkenny man who threatened a younger lady with a fence publish has been despatched ahead for trial.
John McGinley appeared this week at Letterkenny District Courtroom through video hyperlink.
McGinley, an 18-year-old of Glenwood Park, Letterkenny, faces a sequence of costs over the incident in June at Glenwood Park.
McGinley is charged with assaulting a girl and inflicting her hurt.
He has been charged with producing an article, specifically a bit of wood fencing, throughout the course of a dispute.
