A Decide has slammed a person who advised a feminine Garda that he wished to ‘sniff a line of coke off your tits’.
Ryan Toner made the feedback to a Garda at Decrease Fundamental Avenue, Letterkenny on April 9, 2023.
Toner, aged 27, was not current when the case was heard at Letterkenny District Courtroom on Monday.
Toner was noticed by Gardai performing in an aggressive method and extremely intoxicated.
