Natasha Adams wins Vitality Membership Lisburn Half Marathon

Congratulations to Natasha Adams on taking high honours within the fortieth installment of the Vitality Membership Lisburn Half Marathon final week.  

It was a beautiful efficiency in difficult situations.

Glenswilly GAA 5K

Glenswilly GAA membership hosted their annual 5 km street race final week.

The occasion was organised by LAC member and former Minor Board Chairman for Glenswilly GAA membership, Naoise Enright, and the favored occasion drew fairly a crowd.

The primary membership male to cross the road was John McCallion in a time of 15:29 thereby ending in 2nd place whereas Nakita Burke was the primary feminine to complete in a time of 16:07 and in so doing successful the ladies’s race.

Quickly to be an LAC member Maura Liddy ran her first 5km on the Glenswilly 5km, properly achieved Maura.

Congratulations to Sheldon Romeo who carried out within the NI/Ulster Championships in Belfast recording a private greatest within the 200m.

LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval working session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a future. All runs begin on the Aura.  All ranges catered for and inspired.

Match 4 Life which is run by LAC at the side of the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny. 

The goal of the programme is to achieve out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend. Match 4 Life isn’t about pace however health and the coaches from LAC notably welcome newcomers.
