A bench warrant has been issued in Donegal for a lady who escaped from a jail in April.
Noreen Foley was due earlier than Letterkenny District Courtroom.
The 35-year-old has been charged with an alleged theft from Applegreen, Letterkenny Highway, Lifford on March 26, 2020.
Foley, whose deal with was given as Glencar Scotch, Letterkenny, was not current in court docket and no authorized consultant spoke on her behalf.
Sergeant Jim Collins knowledgeable the court docket that Foley has been unlawfully at giant from Limerick jail since April. Gardai have since been unable to find her.
Sergeant Collins sought a bench warrant and this was granted by Decide Éiteáin Cunningham.
